Even though the "Montana" font was used for this template, it is very easy to change the font to the one you want using the Find Font (Type > Find Font) option in Illustrator.

How to Change Font

1. Open the template file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Type > Find Font.
3. In the top list select the font to be replaced.
4. In the bottom list select the font to use.
5. Click "Change All" and then click "Done".

How to Change Global Colors

1. Open the template file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Window > Swatches.
3. Double click on any of the Global Colors.
4. Pick any color you like in the Swatch Options window and click OK.
